  3. Allows the function keys to issue commands to the operating system while
  4. operating within RISC OS.
  5.  
  6. A defined function key may be operated by pressing the function key on the
  7. keyboard or selecting the displayed function key above the iconbar.
  8.  
  9. Also allows *commands to be issued from within RISC OS without using F12 or
  10. a Task Window. If now window has the input focus just type the *command.
